Terms and Conditions for the "OZTENT Beach Ball" Prize Draw

1. The Promoter

  • The promoter is Dalesman International LTD t/a OZTENT UK registered in England and Wales under company number 1487575, with its registered office at 29 Marathon Place, Leyland, Lancashire, PR26 7QN.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, OZTENT UK, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are excluded.
  • A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

  • The competition opens at 9am on 27th June 2026 and closes at 6pm on 28th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  • Entry is completely free, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • To enter, participants must visit https://oztent.uk/pages/beach-ball-prize-draw and submit their guess of the exact amount of OZTENT Beach Balls in the Tent along with their name and email address.

4. The Prize

  • The prize consists of £1,000 worth of OZTENT.UK Vouchers.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
  • The vouchers are subject to the standard terms and conditions of OZTENT UK, including any stated expiry dates.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the participant who guesses the exact amount of the items.
  • If multiple entrants guess the exact amount correctly, one winner will be selected at random from those correct entries using an independent random number generator.
  • If no entrant guesses the exact amount, the prize will be awarded to the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual amount.
  • If there is a tie for the closest guess, a winner will be chosen at random from those tied entries.

6. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 7 Days of the closing date.
  • If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 Days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner in accordance with the process above.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

  • Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s https://oztent.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails info@oztent.uk within one month of the closing date.

8. General

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, internet malfunction, or server error.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
