2.2 An order is only accepted when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

• Payment authorisation failure
• Suspected fraud
2.4 If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website.
3.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed except where an incorrect price has been displayed in error.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only.
4.2 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, customs, weather, or force majeure).
4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
4.4 Ownership of the goods remains with Dalesman International Ltd until payment has been received in full.
4.5 For certain destinations (including Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Channel Islands, EU countries and other non-mainland locations), additional delivery charges may apply. These will be shown at checkout where applicable.
5. EU SHIPMENTS
5.1 Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to additional charges due to customs, duties or regulatory requirements.
5.2 Where stated on the website, a surcharge may apply to EU orders. This will be clearly displayed before checkout.
5.3 Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
6. LOSS, DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES
6.1 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Please provide:

• Photographic evidence (where applicable)

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER RIGHTS)

8. RETURNS POLICY
8.1 Faulty or defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8.2 Returns requested outside of your statutory cancellation rights (for example, unwanted goods after 14 days) may be accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
8.3 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
